A defendant`s request for reconsideration must contain a number of details to be considered valid. It should include the identity of a defendant, what the defendant requires of a judge, and the specific reasons or grounds that justify your right to ask a judge to reconsider the decision. As a general rule, defendants invoke at least one of the following grounds, if applicable to their case: 201 PA Code, Chapter 40.
